I think the image labels are mixed up.
This view shows the coffin gable of Willow Cottage on the l.h.s and the former barn (since mostly removed) at Downe’s Tenements on the r.h.s. The house adjacent to the r.h. telegraph pole is No.1 Parade Cottages, with the former smithy seen in part to the right of that.
