Geese under stormy sky, clouds and hills.
[A gaggle of geese in a field at Indiwell, Swimbridge. Storm clouds are in the sky overhead and a wooded valley and fields are visible in the background. The geese were a breeding flock which lived on the hill between 1980- 1992, after which they moved to Milborne Port, Dorset where they could often be seen grazing in the fields below the deer park of Sherborne Castle. The eggs were collected for hatching on the farm and goslings were sent out to homes all over the UK. Infertile eggs would sometimes be used by artists for egg decorating.]
